The Advanced Application Leadership (AAL) Program equips organizational leaders with tools to address Professional Dangerousness. It integrates Reflective Consultation, Coaching, and Restorative Team Building to foster enduring change, promote self-awareness, and enhance team collaboration and inclusivity.

Advanced Application Leadership Program

Path 1: Reflective Leadership Coaching

Monthly Reflective Leadership Coaching

  • Can consist of individual or group sessions.

  • Capacity of up to 5 leaders per group

Path 2: Reflective & Restorative Leadership Coaching

Monthly Reflective Leadership Coaching

  • Can consist of individual or group sessions.

  • Capacity of up to 5 leaders per group

Restorative Team Building

  • Engages leadership and their associated teams.

  • Capacity of 8 members per group.

Path 3: Comprehensive Organizational Strategies

Staffing & Case Consultations

Focused assistance on specific cases or staffing challenges. During these sessions, we actively listen and collaborate with your team, providing reflections and alternative perspectives to support case-specific problem-solving. If you have particular cases or staffing challenges that require targeted attention, this service aims to offer insights and solutions within the context of your existing work.
