" We have an innate need for connection; it's a vital aspect of our existence. Meaningful connections are deeply nurtured through shared story and collective vulnerability. As humans, we are as unique as our life experiences. Opening the door for others to build relationships with us, in turn, creates limitless opportunities to grow in our compassion, understanding, and love. I think authentic relationships such as these are necessary to cultivate support for and with others."
